I believe everyone should enjoy a living space that anchors them in safety, connection, and calm. This is why I am dedicated to helping you create a restorative home.
About me
I cannot express how excited I am to bring my professional and personal worlds together to help you create a sanctuary. For 25 years, I served as a police officer—on the front line, where safety was paramount; in forensics, where meticulous attention to detail was, quite literally, my job; and at the Academy, where I embraced a love of learning and of building the capacity of others.
I loved those years, but they taught me a vital truth: when the world is chaotic, the home must be the anchor.
While I have always been naturally inclined towards intentional living, navigating life as a busy mum in a neurodivergent household helped me realise that clarity and organisation were more than personal preferences—they were essential for our family to thrive. This sparked a deep desire to understand the "why" behind my instincts, leading me on a three-year journey of studying psychology. I wanted to bridge the gap between how I lived, the best ways to support neurodivergent needs, and the scientific research on how our environment impacts our mental health.
During these studies, and while recovering from major surgery, my journey as a Home Wellbeing Specialist truly began. Whilst recovering, I was housebound for months. This was a challenge, but it became a masterclass in the "Psychological Home", as I experienced firsthand how specific environments can reduce stress and support healing. I realised that my passion wasn't in clinical assessments or statistics, but in the physical space where the mind is restored.
I decided then to apply my psychological foundation where I believe it matters most: the home.
By blending our neurological needs with the therapeutic benefits of environmental design, I focused my energy on helping others create the same sense of peace. It wasn't long before I realised this shift wasn't just affecting me. Friends and even strangers had always commented on the "feeling" of my home, but now they were asking for the secret behind the calm. What started as sharing my personal sanctuary turned into requests for help; I began assisting others with decluttering and organising, watching their stress levels drop. Seeing those transformations—from overwhelmed to at peace—is what ultimately turned my lifelong practice and evidence-based research into a business that I am incredibly proud to have built.
